Current Vacancies


Munster Fire & Safety is bringing an exciting new fire product to Ireland. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person to grow and develop various markets, educate leads and customers and develop strong relationships.


The Role:

  • Educate the market, promote and sell the new product to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Follow up on all leads generated
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments eg. purchasing
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track leads, conversion and report on same
  • Report on key performance indicators and targets


Skills required:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (minimum 2 years)
  • The ability to follow and the willingness to fit in with systems already in place
  • Highly computer literate
  • Experience and competency with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Love helping people
  • Pride in your work
  • An aptitude for taking on new skills and ongoing learning
