Attention Fire Alarm Service Engineers

ARE YOU COMPETENT IN FIRE ALARM SERVICING AND INSPECTION?

We are expanding – so we’re looking for someone who is experienced in the service, inspection and maintenance of fire alarm systems to service our growing customer base in Co. Kerry, as well as existing customers in Munster.

If you are the right service engineer for our business you are friendly, enthusiastic and conscientious. You are described as courteous, mature and flexible with an ability to use your initiative and work as part of a team.

You are also willing to maintain and inspect fire extinguishers for our customers who engage us for both alarm and extinguisher maintenance (full training will be given). You have a safe pass qualification and good communication skills.

You are well presented, love smiling, trustworthy and punctual. You are keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve great results.

Admin/Retail Team Member

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A POSITION WITH A PROGRESSIVE, DYNAMIC, GROWING COMPANY?

Our retail department has been operating for 3 years now. You will be working as part of a team to grow and develop this side of Munster Fire & Safety. You will be working as part of a team to grow and develop this side of Munster Fire & Safety. 


The Role:

Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Helping customers on the phone and face-to-face
  • Processing sales and customer orders
  • Reception duties including phone, email and post
  • Dealing with suppliers and sales representatives on the phone and face-to-face
  • Keeping the shop clean and tidy
  • Organising shop display and stock to maximise sales
  • Dealing with cash – operating and reconciling daily till
  • Retail shop and window displays
  • Social media posting
  • Invoicing, data entry and record keeping
  • Any other roles and responsibilities relevant to the post as they arise.

 

Skills required:

  • Love helping people
  • Retail sales experience an advantage
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Pride in your work
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • An aptitude for taking on new skills and ongoing learning
  • The ability to follow and the willingness to fit in with systems already in place

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

IF YOU ARE THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE’RE LOOKING FOR, YOU’LL NEED TO BE FRIENDLY, ENTHUSIASTIC AND CONSCIENTIOUS.

The Role:

  • You are described as courteous, mature and flexible with an ability to use your initiative and work as part of a team.
  • You’ll be working in our fire services department and will be responsible for the servicing of fire extinguishers for our existing customers.
  • You’ll need to be well presented, love smiling, trustworthy and punctual.
  • You will have good communication skills and be keen to be an ambassador for our business.
  • You’ll be keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve great results.

Skills required:

  • You have a full clean driving licence. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
